Has over fifteen years of experience in strategic consulting processes, organizing debt financing processes, capital transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate restructuring and its financing as well as real estate and development projects. He gained consulting / advisory experience while conducting projects for international companies, state-owned companies, Polish companies and while working in an international investment bank.
He played a key role in the finalization of one of the largest real estate transactions in Poland while holding the position of board member in the company that co-owned real estate property once owned by the then privatized Gdańsk Shipyard.
He obtained higher education in the field of business and finance at the European Business School London and the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey in Guadalajara, Mexico.

ADAM ŚWITALSKI
Partner, responsible for sourcing transactions and supervising the implementation of investment projects.
He has over fifteen years of business and managerial experience gained while working in international structures of global, European and Polish companies. He held the position of Partner in 2 law and business offices. He was the Strategy Director of the OT Logistics Group. He has worked for Polish and international investment funds. As an auditor and strategic advisor associated with Ernst & Young, MDDP and ITSG, he supervised many consulting, financial, legal and IT projects for energy companies, banks and state-owned companies.
He coordinated a successful bond issue project on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He contributed to the double victory of his client in the privatization process of Polish ports. As part of his activities at the law offices he optimized several hundred thousand square meters of office, commercial, warehouse and industrial space throughout Poland. He is active in the residential and commercial real estate market.
He completed his higher education gaining the tittle of Master of Engineer from the University of Technology in Łódź. He was also educated in the field of business and finance at Chambéry Business School in France.

Jakub Bartkiewicz
Managing Partner, responsible for fundraising and operational organization of the fund.
Entrepreneur, financier and businessman with over 30 years of experience in capital markets and transactions. During his career, he created and ran many enterprises, co-founded two private financial institutions – Investors Holding and Vestor Dom Maklerski, where he then served as CEO for 12 years.
He worked as a co-manager in private equity funds and independently managed two funds he founded – First Private Equity and Vestor Private Debt. He has successfully conducted many transactions on the capital market, dozens of stock exchange debuts (IPOs), over 200 bond issues organized only in Vestor DM. He participated in several dozen transactions of sale of enterprises, both as an investor and an advisor, for a total amount exceeding PLN 2 billion. He has successfully raised funding for i.e. Griffin Real Estate, where he worked with the German bank Berenberg on the IPO of shares on the Polish stock exchange. He also fundraised over PLN 400 m for local development companies (both debt and equity), including Archicom, Vantage, Salwator.

He has more than fifteen years of experience in strategic consulting, organizing debt financing processes, capital transactions, mergers and M&A transactions. He has more than thirty-five years of experience in the preparation, implementation and supervision of all types of construction investments Among the completed projects are both volume construction (hospitals, shopping centers, hotels, housing estates) and industrial and technological facilities. Among the biggest challenges were the investor’s supervision of the construction of the Regional Hospital in Siedlce, the construction of the „Korona” shopping center in Wroclaw, general contracting of a housing estate in Józefosław, hotels located in Warsaw and Kościelisko, construction of Energis – Network Management Center & Data Center, Essilor Optical Labolatory Poland. He also has extensive experience in the renovation and reconstruction of historic buildings: House of Three Fronts at Plac Trzech Krzyży in Warsaw, Branicki Tenement House at 38 Smolna Street, tenements at 3 Szucha Street and 11 Warecka Street.
He received higher education at the WSP (now University of Natural Sciences and Humanities) in Siedlce, receiving a master’s degree in mathematics.

He has over fifteen years of experience in management, business development, he has over thirty years of experience in the preparation, implementation and supervision of construction investments. The area of completed projects includes volume construction (shopping malls, hotels, apartments), industrial and technological facilities (ENERGIS – Network Management Center & Data Center, Essilor Optical Laboratory Poland, historic buildings adapted for hotel/office/residential purposes (Warsaw 40 Smolna Street, 11 Warecka Street, 3 Szucha Street).
He received higher education in the field of construction and engineering at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, from which he graduated with a Master of Technology degree.

Logistics Director
Since 2009, in the structures of the Industrial Development Agency S.A., he supported the creation of Special Economic Zones in Przemyśl and Orły.
Responsible for the entire preparation, implementation, commercialization and handover of the WLP Korczowa Waimea Cargo Terminal project at the Rzeszów – Jasionka airport for the Waimea Group. He was also involved in the preparation of all projects developed by the Waimea Holding S.A. group until 2021, including projects developed and sold to the Exeter NWLP fund and the Fortress WLP Bydgoszcz and WLP Stargard fund. His portoflio also includes preparation for the realisation of warehouse and production projects such as preparation of land for the LPP warehouse center in Rzeszów – a 100,000 m2 center investment realized by Panattoni and Viena Grup, preparation of land near the airport in Jasionka for the Podkarpackie Business Centre company, realization of the sale process by a fund from Japan to Lotte, and preparation of a 21 ha warehouse and production project in Świdnica, administrative and technical preparation of a logistics project in Goszczyna, Radzymin, Gliwice.
He received higher education at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin, receiving a master’s degree in law and administration.
